Year 1 Week 2 Challenges
This week we would like you to try to do some yoga. Yoga is a great form of exercise and also the perfect activity to help you with feeling calm and relaxed. We have attached some yoga cards with different poses for you to try. There is also a video of a yoga story based on Trolls that we would like you to have a go at. Why not send us some photos or videos of you doing your best yoga poses and trying to complete the yoga story. Remember you can email us any of your work or challenge photos to your class email.
Your next challenge if possible is for you to try to make some bread rolls with your family, just like the Little Red Hen did in our story this week. We have attached a recipe for you to follow. We know it might not be possible to get all of the ingredients at the moment, so if you can't why don't you have a go at creating your own sandwich using the bread you already have at home. Let us know what delicious ingredients you decide to fill your sandwich with.
We would also like you to spend some time in the garden this week if the weather allows you to. We have attached a plants and flowers hunt for you to do, what can you find in the garden or out on your daily walk. There is also a bird spotting sheet for you to use to see what birds you can see out in the garden. Remember to send us some pictures of your outdoor adventures.
