Silvertrees has a safe, happy, vibrant and creative environment with very high standards and expectations. Every child is nurtured, given the very best opportunity to succeed and has their talents recognised and valued. Children are praised, encouraged and challenged to be the best they can possibly be to help them develop into confident and resilient individuals. Our aim is for all our children to be happy and successful learners whose experiences at Silvertrees have a positive impact on the rest of their lives.

We have a strong focus on excellent teaching and learning; staff strive to make learning interesting and fun so children are inspired and motivated to learn.  Behaviour is good and in 2019 Ofsted recognised our children’s positive attitudes to learning, good relationships with each other and the happy atmosphere at Silvertrees.

There is a genuine caring ethos in school; we are a family that look after and care for each other. We work closely with the whole school community, welcoming and respecting their different views, ideas and beliefs. Parents are actively welcomed into the life of the school and encouraged to work in partnership with us throughout their child’s learning journey. We are extremely proud of our children and all they achieve; they are credit to us and their families.
